Refreshments are served on the pavilion 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM following the 10:00 AM service, providing an opportunity to know each other better.

10:00 and 11:30 AM — “Becoming a Bodhisattva” – Rev. Tony Fisher
The Buddhist practices have much to teach us about intentional living. We begin a look at Buddhism with the ways of the ‘Bodhisattva’ – lessons in compassionate action.
Sunday, March 8th
9:00 AM — Forum: Prof. Edward Jackson, Carlton U., Ottawa - “Knowledge Democracy: Community-Campus Partnerships that work”
10:00 AM and 11:30 AM — Sunday Service: – “The Work and Wisdom of Women,” a service celebrating the history and passion of the Women’s movement 100 years after the passage of the 19th Amendment and in recognition of International Women's Day. Presented by the UUCGN Women’s Justice Committee and Worship Associates
Youth Religious Exploration (YRE)
Perhaps you are curious how to explain to your children and youth who they will meet when you visit on a Sunday morning? This short video gives a great overview of Unitarian Universalist values that you may want to share and grow in your family life.
We offer the following programming at UUCGN:
At every Sunday service, we have a playroom for babies, toddlers and wiggly children.
When there are two worship services, we have groups for older youth at 11:30 am.
