Saturdays at 10:30 am – Mindful Meditation in the Garden

The Mindfulness Meditation group continues to meet on Saturday mornings 10:30-11:30. We gather in the garden or on the pavilion, maintaining social distance throughout the hour. All are welcome – folks who are brand new to meditation and those who have been meditating for years.
