Hours and Fees
Please consider our normal operating hours when scheduling your event & its volunteers.
Activities outside of our normal operating hours will be assessed a facilities fee of $65 per 4 hours, with a 4-hour minimum. Activities involving more than 25 people during daytime office hours are also subject to the facilities fee.
Daytime Office Hours: Mon. - Fri. 9:00 - 4:30
Church Year Activity Hours (August 16 to May 31 - follows Collier County School Schedule)
Evenings: Mon - Th 4:30 - 9:30; Weekends: Sat. 10:00 - 5:00; Sunday until 3:00
Summer Activity Hours (June 1 to August 15)
Evenings: Mon - Wed 4:30 - 9:30; Weekends: Sat. 10:00 - 5:00; Sunday until 1:00
Allow at least 48 hours (preferably more) for a simple meeting with no setup, food, or AV usage; allow five days for any event needing food or AV setup; and a minimum of two weeks for larger events and events held outside normal church hours to allow for staff arrangements.
Our admin staff will setup your room request based on your input below. Meetings or events that have extra setups or extra equipment requires a one week (seven days) notice so we can provide our best focus to assist you.

Review the online calendar herefor pre-existing reservations for rooms or technology at the same time and modify your request if the space you are interested in is already reserved. Remember that if you are requesting a recurring reservation, you need to check availability for all the dates for your series of events. Note that your reservation request is not confirmed until approved by the office manager.
