This committee assists with the planning and execution of events related to the use of our garden and Pavilion for Weddings and Memorial Services. They assist the family in
planning and assist onsite during the event.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Plan garden enhancements to improve its utility for special events.
  • Market our gardens as a premier site for celebrations: brochures, publicity, etc.
  • Evaluate and recommend seating improvements, pathways and patio surfaces, sound equipment and decoration.
  • Develop a standard contract for the use of the gardens and grounds for events.
  • Establish rules and responsibilities for usage, and policies for managing these events.
  • Plan future events, fund raisers, celebrations and special events both for the congregation and for the community.
